Stars flash across dark pupils & procure silent wishes
from naiveté, who wears chiffon to bathe
in the rose water milky moon.

She rides the kingfisher. Rides the loon.
Cries & doesn't know why she breaks
the dishes or the 3-legged stool.
Mezzo piano & out of tune,
she mews the blues alone again,
dancing as Paul Klee,
